Defective items, or damaged in transit: If your package is damaged or your items have a manufacturing defect upon arrival, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Missing packages: If your order has not arrived within 15 business days from the shipping date and tracking shows no delivery, we will investigate and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost.
